Passenger assistance safety & Sensitivity Basic course teaches current expertise in passenger assistance, techniques, ADA regulations, blood borne pathogen as well as other sensitivity skills training.
If trainee fails the course 3 times, the trainee cannot move forward. To reset your course, email your request with driver name and email address to the CTAA training team at rideshare@ctaa.org.
